In my current role, I work closely with external providers to develop the company's e-commerce platform, where I leverage my technical expertise to conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high quality standards. I serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. My responsibilities include implementing and overseeing technical solutions that address complex e-commerce requirements, helping the company stay competitive in the digital marketplace.

During my time as a trainee, I identified significant technical debt in existing systems and collaborated with management to make the strategic decision to reengineer a co-packing project management web application from scratch. This collaborative approach resulted in a more robust solution that is now used across the organization to streamline operations. I also played a key role in enhancing a quality control application by implementing new features that improved user experience and operational efficiency.

While working remotely with the Russian division, I successfully managed a pilot software implementation project from initial planning through to final deployment. This involved creating comprehensive documentation and designing structured onboarding processes for new users. To ensure smooth adoption of the new systems, I conducted regular training sessions for staff members. One of my key achievements was designing and implementing automated application deployment workflows that significantly reduced deployment time and minimized errors.

During this internship, I developed an intranet application that improved how the company manages Active Directory accounts and password policies. I also engineered a desktop utility that enabled the IT Support Team to deploy security software more efficiently. Another significant contribution was enhancing a critical environment replication system that improved the development and testing workflow, making it easier for developers to create and maintain consistent environments.

In my first role at FM Logistic, I successfully migrated MDM API integrations across multiple intranet applications, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. I identified and resolved numerous technical issues in internal web applications, significantly improving their performance and reliability. Additionally, I developed an innovative visualization tool that leveraged Trello data to create automated project timelines, giving management better visibility into project progress and resource allocation.
